Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the km5 platform or registering an account, you confirm that you have fully read and agree to these terms. These terms form a legal agreement between km5 and all its users.
These terms apply only to adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use km5. Account creation or platform use by minors is strictly prohibited. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

- Do not share your password with any third party.
- Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access to km5 Support.
- Km5 is not liable for any damages caused by third-party access.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Harassing, defrauding, or harming other users, interfering with technical systems, or engaging in any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Accounts found involved in such actions will be immediately suspended, and applicable legal action may be taken.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the km5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. km5 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.
- Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only. Suspicious transactions may be subject to verification.
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals. Incomplete verification may delay the withdrawal process.
- Bonuses and promotional offers come with specific wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is allowed.
- Funds may be confiscated in case of fraudulent transactions.

Account Suspension, Closure & Dispute Resolution
Reasons for Account Suspension & Closure
- If violations of terms or fraudulent activities are detected.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is prohibited.
- Providing false information during registration or obstructing the verification process.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Repeatedly breaking rules or damaging km5’s reputation.

Applicable Law
These terms will be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute related to using the km5 platform will be resolved in Bangladesh’s competent courts. Users acknowledge that by using the platform, they comply with Bangladesh law.
